As a side note, I try to leave off my physical address on my Resume/Cover Letter header or footer. You never know which place is legit and which one is really a scammer trying to mine for data. Leaving off your physical street address where you live will not hurt your chances. If they're interested, you'll have to go in person and fill out a physical application anyway, at the place you would be working at. But if it's a scammer, they won't have your personal info. I have replied to several as for a "job" on craigslist, only to get this generic scam-like email stating that they wanted me to click on a link in the email and "obtain a copy of my credit report to give them." No employer should need a credit report - they can check that on their end. Anything that has that on CraigsList is a scam.
Modeling???????????????????
I realize that on your facts your Mother didn't take the money, but she may still be on the hook to others for not taking the appropriate steps in a timely manner.
Please help, with a site.
how do u make a poster with microsoft word?
If you want to really investigate this proposal, check with a real estate attorney. They see all sorts of "creative" suggestions, including mortgage wraps, land trusts, etc. A legitimate attorney will give you the real info on this. They're expensive, but it might be worth spending for a couple hours of their time instead of getting yourself mired into a mess. Good luck.
