At George T. Carlson & Associates, founded in 1972, our bankruptcy attorneys have decades of experience in representing clients in the Denver Metro area. Unlike many law firms that claim to specialize in bankruptcy, we mean it: bankruptcy is our only business. It's what we do and we do it well.
Because of singular focus, we are able to provide our clients with efficient, knowledgeable and effective bankruptcy services. If you or your small business is overwhelmed by debt, our Denver bankruptcy attorneys can help you to complete a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
Each type of bankruptcy has its advantages. Both enable clients to eliminate debts while preserving treasured assets. Chapter 7 is usually the quickest and cleanest financially. Within several months of filing, formerly indebted people often find themselves free of debt and in a much better financial position than when they started. Wage garnishments, collection calls and other harassment can also be halted almost immediately after filing.
Chapter 13 shares many of these advantages, but involves the repayment of certain debts over three to five years. Many homeowners use Chapter 13 in order to slim down their debt profiles while continuing to pay toward their mortgages so they can stay in their homes.
This is just a quick overview of our bankruptcy services. To learn more, or to discuss your options in a free consultation with a lawyer, we encourage you to visit the George T. Carlson & Associates website or call us in Englewood, Colorado, today.

lawyer Joseph T. Goodner - Englewood, CO Reviews
My ex and I have agreed to him terminating his rights after paternity has been established. I need help writing a notarized agreement before we get started. We are still going to follow through with the court system. I just want to have this for peace of mind and I don't know how to put this together.. This is not to trick him into anything. He has agreed to terminate his rights willingly because he has no interest in stepping up to the plate. Although neglect and abandonment play a big role in the case against him. Also I have my partner would like to adopt my child. I just wanted to have this for peace of mind and proof that he agreed to follow through with the process should anything happen..
How would I change my name?
How to improve sales? i tried cold calling but it always got bad and nasty reply.?
If you do a letter print it out from the computer or write it out very neatly have it dated and signed in front of at least 2 witnesses if not using a notary. It is called a promissory note, or a rental/ lease agreement. You can also find these forms at office max, and best buy .. . Make sure you make a copy. Anything you do in this matter will be settled in small claims court if the tenant defaults, so be sure you word it the way it needs to be and covers you.
He's deploying in 3 weeks so that leaves me to deal with the taxes, so what do I do? I just got married and I'm a housewife, so I've never filed taxes before, and my mom told me what she needs for hers but I was wondering if it was different because he's in the Army and how do I go about getting the necessary papers?. We were married on May 24, 2009. And I am current his Durable Financial Power of Attorney..
about free will...?
