? Poll : What's A Word That Starts & Ends With The Same Letter !?
A will is used to indicate your wishes with regard to the dispensation of your assets. It does nothing to bypass probate, save in probate fees and won't help with estate planning. All it does it tell the probate judge who should inherit your silver service and lucky coins :). . A revocable trust is used to move assets directly to your heirs at your death
I've recently tried to apply for an apartment & an eviction popped up on my record. Mind you, I just moved out of an apartment I was in for a year last month & an eviction never popped up on my record until yesterday. The eviction was for my mother but since she passed away, the landlord is coming after me now I guess. She rented tthis duplex back in 2005-2008 & owes the landlord 1150. I have contacted her and told her I would pay her in payments and after the last payment the eviction would be removed from my record but I won't start paying her until she signs a letter that states our agreement.. . SO my question to you guys is how exactly should I write this formal letter?.
