Microsoft Template Issues?

I have been married for just over a year. On my marriage certificate I chose to put down my husband's last name as my new surname - let's say I became Jane Jones. I gave it a shot but after a year I still really don't want to use it (and I never changed my name on social security, bank accounts, etc.). In fact I have had a entirely DIFFERENT surname that I wanted to use permanently and legally (not my married name or my maiden name), let's say it's Jane Roberts. Is it possible to modify your marriage license once it's "completed"? I'm kicking myself for not going with my gut and putting my own "Roberts" surname in the box, I got a little carried away with the newlywed vibe I suppose.. . If you can't change your marriage certificate, then how else can I go about changing my surname to the name of my choice?. . Thank you!.

That's not corny at all. That's extremely sweet and cute!. . You seem to have a lot of good questions already figured out. Only you can decide what to put into the letter, but I would like to suggest that you add a scrapbook element to it. Look for small items that will remind him of you and include it in each letter. For an example, you can stick in a napkin from your first date and ask him if he remembered that night? Or you can soak a cotton ball in your favorite perfume and seal it within an envelop. When he opens the letter, he will smell it and immediately think of you. Sign the letter with a kiss lip print of your favorite lipstick. Add ticket stubs or old invitations.

Can you explain how to use form mail?

If your aunt is capable of making the decision, she can change her power of attorney to whomever she wants. If not, I suspect your sister would have to go to court ( or at least consult an attorney ) to get it changed.. . Also --there are various "powers of attorney" There can be one for only financial decisions, one for only medical decisions, and possibly one for everything all at once. What kind of power of attorney does the son have? Is he able to make financial decisions AND decisions regarding her care?. . Is the son the payee for the aunt's social security payments? If he is --and he is not using the money for the benefit of his mother --then your sister can go to court and ask for a change of payee on those grounds. I would talk to an attorney and take his advice.
