If you want to practice your portrait photography skills by shooting pictures of models, you have a few options:-. . 1) Pay a local modelling agency or photographic studio to shoot some of their models (they charge by the hour).. 2) Find someone you know is interested in becoming a model and offer to take some photos of them for free that they could then use in their portfolio. 3) Use family and friends. . If you do shoot models, you need to get them to sign a 'model release form' which basically gives you copyright permission to then use the photos of them commercially if you want to. Example wordings for these forms are often printed in portrait photography or good general photography books, and sometimes in photo magazines.. . Good luck! I suggest you practice your portrait skills on friends and family before working with models, or would-be models, so that you can offer them something good for their portfolio.. . Marco

The Federal government can not provide health care efficiently to the entire nation. This is my opinion. You may have a different one and that is fine. I believe that the current Obama care is flawed. Health care is not a right. It is a privilege. We already have free health care offered through our local county governments. Making doctors and health care providers provide heath care for free and setting prices for care is not good for business. What if you were a doctor and the federal government told you you had to provide your services for free or for a specific price? Ask your self this question and then start your policy from here. Heath care is a business just like legal advice from a lawyer is a business. Should legal advice be free too?. . Here is what you should do. Read about Obama care and decide what you think about it. Then ask yourself what you believe is the best way to take care of everyone in the USA with respect to providing health care to every citizen in the USA. The population of the USA is approximately 300,000,000 people give or take a few million.. . Remember that the needs of people in certain parts of the USA are different in every state and needs of people with kids are different and so are needs of people who are single and on their own. The best way to provide health care is to create competition in our country for private sector businesses to offer health care to people in specific areas of our country. Allow private businesses in all states to provide health care to people across state lines. Currently, this is not allowed due to political regulation that has been created by our government. the needs of people in California is different that people in Florida. The age of people is also another factor to the needs of certain segments of our population regarding health care. Younger people who are healthy don't need as much health care and older people need a bit more care on average. Allow private business to offer care to people based on their specific needs and the more providers we have the better care we can expect. Competition allows for innovation and better care. Their is no reason to create a national government health care system. It will not work and we will all receive less for our money. Just the fiscal restraints of providing health care to everyone for free it impossible. Remember nothing is free. We will all pay for it in the end. Either by poor health care or higher taxes. When you get something for free do you really care about it? If you have to pay your own money for something, then you should be a more discerning consumer and you make sure you get your monies worth, or at least you should think like that, in my opinion.
