You usually write letters to the editor if you disagree with something that was written. In the case of a newspaper or magazine, you should look through the articles in the recent issues and pick one that you don't agree with. It's particularly easy to do this if you notice that an article is written in a very one-sided way.

she needs to quickly create an estate with you as executor.. . she if she has insurance. If not, see if she has any to pay for same.. . get back to me for any more help

If the nursing home filed a pettion to asign a guardianship will it revoke my durable power of attorney? If so can I be made to show the wherebots of the money? My granmother gave me the money and per her request to sell her house. What happens next? There is nothing to guard? Are they trying to make a apeal to the board of Medicare to get them to pay the difference of my grandmothers bill..

. [Your Name]. [Street Address]. [City, ST ZIP Code]. December 25, 2008.

I am against universal health coverage, but at the same time I do not trust the insurance companies. I place the blame on them moreso than the pharmaceutical companies. The drug companies have to spend billions on R&D, testing, etc. I do not like that they advertise to the population (ask your doctor if XXX is right for you...). . If insurance companies did what they were supposed to do, many problems would be avoided. There are other factors to consider - malpractice suits. Some people go to the doctor just so they can get a big paycheck. Sorry, so their lawyer can get a big paycheck.

First we would have to get rid of compesation schemes. Health care providers have to paid the same no matter whether it is an insurance company, Medicare, etc. for this to work.
