I changed my name and lost the deed poll?

Do you know which solicitor your mum used? if so go back to them they should have a copy of the change of name deed ( I would assume your mum changed your name by deed poll) this is official but you do need to provide a copy of the deed and will probably need to send your birth certificate as well as a copy of your change of name deed when applying for a passport and for most if not all official paper work you should need to provide this but usually only the once. If you don't know which solicitor your mum went to I'm not really sure how else you could find out you could try other solicitors to see if there is a way they can find out or as a last resort your mum may have had to send a copy of the letter to the child benefits office you might find its worth ringing them as documents like that may still be on file even if archived if that helps but they can't help further the actual letter should have the solicitors name on so that could help too

what are the different kinds of business letter, for example application letter, what are the other?

easy bread making recipe?

Above the $12,000 threshold for each of you, your father would have to file a gift tax return. That does not necessarily lead to "massive tax penalties," however. Each person also has a $2 million lifetime gift tax exemption. The gift tax filing would keep track of this cumulative exemption, but no actual gift tax would be due until the gifts above $12,000 each per year accumulate to over $2 million -- not likely, in your case. When your father dies, any gifts for which gift tax returns had to be filed will cut into his estate tax exemption, so if he really has an estate that size, he should be consulting with an estate attorney to plan his overall gifting strategy. If his estate is not that size, an extra $26,000 gift this year (above the $12,000 for you and your wife) is no big deal. While he would have to file a gift tax return, he would not have to pay any actual gift tax as a result of that transaction.

For sample resumes and cover letters, search Google and you will find tons of sites.. . Salary will depend on factors like location, company size, exact nature of your job, etc. It's hard to put a blanket number for it./
